Basements By Marc, Inc. are quality custom builders that have created a way to take one of the largest areas in your home and turn it into quality living space! The basement is the most neglected space in a person's home and we are here to change the basement into one of the most comfortable places to be in your home.  From custom columns, tile and wood floors, custom trim and cabinetry, we specialize in "high end" work.

Because you will not need to install floor joists, trusses, etc. you can transform the basement into a quality living area with added savings. If you are thinking of adding-on to your home, re-think of finishing your basement. On an average, you can make 3-4 nice rooms,  including a kitchen, bathroom and game room for the cost of adding just 1 room on grade level!The cost of finishing your basement usualy runs between $30.00, to the most extreme cases, $60.00 a square foot. Most basements average around $40.00 a square foot, which will give you the same quality (or better) as the main floor, including a completely drywalled ceiling!
